New project in Dubai: Construction start

ASGC has started construction of a new project

ASGS is constructing a building to be used as labour accomodation and will be completed in 2020.
The project has 5 floors with a total size of 10,400 m2. Ground floor has a kitchen and a restaurant. The other floors consist of labour accommodation.
The whole building is cooled and ventilated using the TermoDeck system.
This project was shortlisted for the 2019 MENA Green Building Council Award of Sustainable Building Design:
