In Nossebro a residential project of five floors comprising of 20 apartments has been completed in 2012. The project size is 2000 m2.
The building meets the requirements for passive house standards.
Heating and hot water is supplied from a ground source heat pump and the Air Handling Unit is located on the roof.

The house is adapted for disabled persons.
