A 19 000 m2 six-storey office and restaurant/shops complex has been completed. Heating and cooling are achieved via the TermoDeck System with additional floor heating in the restaurant and shop areas.

The heating system is ground source heat pumps. Cooling is achieved through night cooling via TermoDeck and free cooling from the bore holes.
