The Yarra Valley Water project in Melbourne is a certified 5 star Green Star Office V3, the highest level of the sustainability rating system for buildings in Australia. After less than a year's operation the building's energy performance is high and the indoor thermal comfort is very good. The building is expected to achieve a 61 per cent less energy consumption than Australian Best Practice.
