An office buiding in Riga, Latvia has been completed. The building is using TermoDeck for heating, cooling and ventilation.
The buildings has six floors and a total area of 6000 m2. On the ground floor there is a restarant.
The design is flexible and has taken into account potential layout changes in the future.
TermoDeck has been installed in co-operation with our partner Consolis.
Consolis has designed and erected the building frame including load bearing walls, windows, hollow core slabs on all floors.
Under the building there is a parking.
