The student accommodation project situated at the Royal Institute of Technology, in Stockholm achieves the highest rating of the certification system called Miljobyggnad Gold from Sweden Green Building Council.
The buildings are plus energy houses (they have a positive energy consumptions meaning that they produce more enrgy than they consume on a yearly basis).
